Returns/exchange should be for only product that is damaged not for any other reason. Sarees don’t have a fit, colour and design are completely unique for each and every saree hence no returns or exchanges because our product is going to be one of a kind.
To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your creativesarees.com account. You can email us at email@example.com.

Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.
Need to return – Few points to remember
Returns in the event of damaged goods request need to be made within 24 hours of the delivery of product
Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to creativesarees.com. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Non-returnable categories- Following product categories fall under "No Return/Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.
Any saree orders placed in the “Create Your Own” section as that is completely customised saree.
International Customers do not have a return policy under any circumstances
How do you return?
Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to creativesarees.com. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. If you have misplaced the return form, request a new one. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet
Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
A Coupon Code of the refund value in your creativesarees.com account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at creativesarees.com
Terms & Conditions
This Return Policy applies to all items purchased directly from creativesarees.com. The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website www.creativesarees.com for the latest policy.
Creativesarees.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Customer can cancel their order by writing an email to email@example.com. Customers should inform us about cancellation within 12 hours in order to ensure the product dispatch process has not commenced. If dispatch process has commenced then the customer will have to go through the returns process. Once we receive the cancellation email and process it, we shall refund via the original method of payment within 15 working days.
Double Payment Policy
If any one transaction is double charged for any sort of technical reasons, the amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.
Cash On Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 500 and maximum of Rs. 50,000 only.
Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
If the product is open, do not accept the order.
